IQA Conference 2018 marked the third annual conference designed for Quality Assurance (QA) professionals from insurance carriers and other key stakeholders in QA.

The IQA Conference brings together a community of claims and underwriting quality assurance professionals. Attendees will:

Gather QA Industry Insights from our speakers and panelists. Presenters draw on their experience in claims and underwriting QA, to share what has worked for them and where they see the industry’s future.

Collaborate with experts from other organizations during breakout sessions. Our sessions will ignite actionable insights through conversation on highly relevant industry-wide topics.

Network with peers throughout the conference.

We were thrilled with the positive feedback we received from prior conferences and cannot wait to host this industry-wide conference again in 2019. If you have any questions regarding Insurance QA 2019, please email IQA2019@athenium.com.

As a Claims QA professional, every session within the IQA conference was relevant to my focus. For me, this sets it apart from other conferences in terms of value. I appreciated the round tables, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities; and I certainly look forward to attending again.
Matt Hitchcock Manager Claims Quality Assessment, Auto-Owners Insurance
The IQA Conference is a great way to meet and hear from professionals that work with all different types of Quality Assurance and Improvement within the insurance industry. I was able to network and get a peek into the workings of small and large, new and mature organizations. The conference has given me and my company new ideas and concepts to bring back and apply to my daily work.
