We’re proud to announce that Cyrena-Marie Arnold, Vice President of Customer Success at Athenium Analytics, has been named to the New Hampshire Union Leader’s prestigious 40 Under Forty list. The Union Leader’s 40 Under Forty celebrates outstanding individuals who are making a difference in their communities and professions. As the VP of Customer Success, Cyrena leads the team charged with delighting and engaging customers who subscribe to Athenium’s weather risk and quality assurance solutions. Cyrena’s science background has prepared her well for thinking through all the steps of the customer experience—from first encounter through day-to-day customer satisfaction.
Cyrena joined Athenium Analytics in June 2015 as Director of Product Sciences, quickly moving up the ranks to Senior Director and then transitioning to her current role as Vice President of Customer Success. Before joining the company, Cyrena served as a Director of Summit Operations at the Mount Washington Observatory and an on-air meteorologist for NH1 News. Cyrena’s diverse background as a scientist and meteorologist makes her an excellent customer advocate, helping users solve complex weather and business-related challenges with tools from Athenium Analytics.
Outside the office, Cyrena channels her passion for science by promoting STEM education and events across the region. She has delivered dozens of keynote presentations, working with local non-profits and events that include the SEE Science Center, Girls STEM Summit, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI), and Jr Tech Summit. Cyrena is making a powerful impact on the local community and doing her part to excite the next generation of young scientists. We’re proud to count her as a long-time member of the Athenium Analytics team.
