Claims and underwriting quality are essential to the overall health and performance of every insurance carrier. As insurers continue to adopt new automation and data analytics tools, audit teams must evolve to ensure quality in an increasingly fast-paced and digital ecosystem. New advances in predictive analytics can help insurance QA teams streamline their audits, insights, and reporting. Join Dr. Ellen Cousins and Julie Markert on Wednesday, March 25, at 1:00 p.m. ET as they discuss predictive analytics for QA and how you can adopt new models to streamline audits and drive quality across your organization.
Learn how data analytics can help your audit teams discover new patterns, identify high-risk files and create automated workflows that can increase the efficiency, accuracy and scope of your audits.
