Athenium Analytics, a rapidly growing leader in the InsurTech and computer-vision markets, is recruiting a savvy, personable and action-oriented Project Manager. The successful candidate will guide, manage, and help deliver Athenium Analytics’ various projects across the business and with external clients. The candidate will help craft project vision and roadmaps, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project completion.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role offers wide-ranging experiences to interact with and learn from engineers, scientists, business managers and clients. The candidate must enjoy working with these stakeholder groups to solve problems and find innovative solutions, as well as comfortable in discovering new client requirements for current and future projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, staying within scope and under budget
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Assist in developing project scope and objectives, involving all stakeholders
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Deliver project updates to executives on a recurring basis, in the form of documents and/or slide decks
  • The exciting and dreaded “other duties as assigned”

The successful candidate may choose the base of operations for this position – whether in Washington, DC; Waltham, MA; or Dover, NH.

Required/Highly Desirable Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ Years Project Management experience, with Project Management certification
  • Authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship
  • Ability to translate scientific and technological principles into business solutions
  • Experience in managing projects for SaaS products
  • Capable of withstanding and adjusting to changes in priority or deadlines
  • Strong client-centric attitude, with the ability to make decisions considering the target audience
  • Sharp external, client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Great organizational competency including multi-tasking and attention to detail
  • Strong worth ethic, with ability to work and collaborate in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Open to travel to prospect and client meetings, as well as occasional travel other Athenium Analytics offices
  • Background as a personnel manager is also preferred
