December 2009 - QBE expands its use of Athenium teamthink® to cover its Regional lines
Following demonstrated success using teamthink® for their specialty lines, QBE has begun to deploy teamthink® for all their regional lines.

November 2009 - Zurich Insurance goes Global with teamthink®
Zurich Insurance, one of the pre-eminent global carriers of Insurance, has chosen teamthink® as its world-wide claims quality measurement tool.
Following successful implementation of Athenium teamthink® systems in North America and Europe, Zurich plans to work with Athenium when globally expanding its applications to evaluate business practices, economic opportunity, and quality. The tools will encompass many different languages and currencies for all Zurich business lines in 30 countries.
This tool will collect data to provide individual reviews, country reviews, and Business reviews.
A key advantage that the Zurich team cites is the ability to use one common reporting package across all geographies and businesses.

October 2009 - teamthink® Release Includes Many New Features
The newest version of teamthink® has been released and is being rolled out to all current Athenium teamthink® customers. The new release provides a variety of customer requested features and enhancements. Some of the core features of this release include:
Excel Pivot tables are now fully supported in teamthink® to provide the opportunity for unlimited views of performance data at all levels.
This new formatting allows a higher degree of customization and interactivity
Users can instantly create custom views of the data by changing aggregations, filters, and other criteria. Users can drill down form the highest level to explore the most detailed level down to the individual person or files for any data aggregation
This capability is in addition to the full suite of standard reports that are still available.
This feature allows the option to automatically analyze existing data to select and assign files for review based on a wide variety of options and configurations. This feature can automatically generate periodic supervisor and benchmark review assignments and has the flexibility to support review assignment rejection and replacement.
Improved feedback to file handlers and constantly updated hierarchy aggregations based on customer data feeds.
July 2009 - Announcement:
Athenium announced that its customers have used teamthink® for over 2 MILLION quality reviews.
May 2009 - QBE Chooses Athenium teamthink®
QBE Americas, a leading international Insurance Company, chooses the Athenium teamthink® solution to manage their claims quality and reduce leakage.
QBE Americas has contracted with Athenium to implement a quality measurement program for its Specialty Business Lines. QBE utilized unique quality review reference questionnaires developed by Athenium to benchmark and improve the quality, effectiveness and cost of its Specialty Business Lines claims operations.
The QBE management team believes that savings from the use of the Athenium solution will pay for the entire program within well under a year. Implementation is scheduled to be fully rolled out by fall 2009.
