Meet Our Management Team
	Charles F. Dornbush President and CEO Chuck is the visionary founder and executive manager of Athenium. Prior to launching Athenium, Chuck was the Executive VP Marketing for Fidelity Investments' 401(k) business. Chuck's other previous positions include: Chief Financial Officer for Fidelity's mutual fund business Vice President, Planning and Corporate Development for American Can Company Strategy consultant for Boston Consulting Group, gaining insight into issues in business strategy and operations of a professional services firm Software development at Control Data Corporation, Stanford Research Institute, and Ryan McFarland Corporation, concentrating on on-line collaboration and computer languages Principal software designer at SRI, for the Augmentation Research Center, under Dr. Douglas Englebart Chuck earned a BS degree with highest honors in Physics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is active in the Boston business community and is past president of the Harvard Business School Association of Boston. Chuck serves on the Board of Directors of the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra.
	Joe Kislo VP, Techology Development Joe is the principal software architect and software technology executive at Athenium. Joe, an expert in creating large-scale software applications with high performance and high security requirements, leads the technical design of our current product offerings and the technical teams in software development, software quality assurance and data center operations. Joe holds a BS degree in computer science with high honors from the University of Massachusetts.
	Jim Shelhamer VP, Client Services Jim leads the client services efforts for Athenium. Jim has over two decades of experience in software development and professional services with a strong focus on learning and collaborative systems. Jim started his career with Digital Equipment Corporation as a software engineer. Subsequent positions have included work in consulting, training, and project management. Jim graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Computer Science.
	Andy Snider Managing Director Andy works with senior business leaders to align strategic change initiatives and performance improvement technologies to create sustainable value and competitive advantage. Andy's experience integrates strategic planning, leadership development, learning, knowledge management, and collaboration. Previously, as president of Snider Associates and VIS Corporation, Andy helped numerous high performance service organizations achieve significant change goals. Some major clients include: BellSouth, Bain Consulting, Davita Medical, Dupont, Honda, Intuit, Unilever, and Yum Brands. Andy is a graduate of Lehigh University and Harvard Business School.
	Mark Snyder Director of Insurance Services Mark brings two decades of experience in property and casualty claims to the performance improvement solutions he helps create for Athenium clients. An expert in the development and implementation of quality review programs and systems, Mark's comprehensive knowledge of claims processing includes two decades in auto, property, casualty, litigation and claims management. He has developed and implemented line-specific claims training programs, and is widely knowledgeable as a result of development and implementation of: claims technical, vendor management, administrative, and regulatory compliance best practices and audit programs. Mark also developed human performance improvement planning strategies and tactics as part of his responsibilities. Previously, Mark held long-term positions with GRE Insurance Group, Ohio Casualty, and Liberty Mutual. In addition, Mark recently completed a year long leadership program administered through Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH and holds the designation of CL (Certified Leader).
